By implementing PBIS, strengthening PLCs, and creating teacher leader communities, I show how to co-construct the mission and vision with staff, students, and families. These efforts reflect my commitment to fostering trust, equity, and cultural responsiveness so that the school’s vision becomes a lived reality in both instruction and school culture.

The New Teacher Induction plan aligns with ELCC 1.2 because it focuses on building a shared vision for student success and fostering a positive, collaborative school culture. The induction and mentoring plan helps new teachers feel connected, supported, and aligned with the school’s mission from day one. By including activities that promote trust, instructional clarity, and professional growth, the plan reflects a clear commitment to inclusive leadership that brings the school community together around common goals.
